Jörg Finsinger holds a chair for financial services at the University of Vienna and is considered one of the most highly recognised experts for financial products in the German-speaking area. He has several academic degrees in physics, mathematics and economics and is the author of 14 books and 160 scientific articles on the topic of economics and finance.

Werner H. Bittner studied Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management at the Vienna University of Technology and has experience in management roles as a board member, managing director, and supervisory board member, as well as in voluntary positions. His career has led him to multinational global market leaders across various industries, often with global responsibilities. For the past seven years, he has focused on new technologies, revolutionary product development, as well as strategic corporate investments and company building.

Marlene Hofmair studied law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Subsequently, she worked as a lecturer at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna, specializing in contract law, inheritance law, family law, and corporate law. By completing a part-time master’s program in Real Estate Management and Valuation at the Technical University of Vienna, she expanded her expertise, particularly in the areas of real estate and business law. In 2018, Marlene Hofmair transitioned into notarial practice, passed both notarial exams, and has since advised corporations, partnerships, and private individuals on all matters related to corporate law, real estate law, inheritance law, family law, asset succession, and personal care arrangements.

Thomas Holzinger, LL.M.

Thomas Holzinger studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and worked as a tax advisor trainee during his studies. His main responsibilities included advising public law entities and non-profit organizations, as well as traditional accounting, financial reporting, and auditing tasks. After completing his degree, Thomas Holzinger transitioned to a renowned law firm in Vienna, specializing in corporate and real estate law. His key focus areas were advising large national and international clients on corporate restructurings and M&A transactions, as well as creating new corporate structures with an emphasis on process and tax optimization. In the real estate sector, he handled both large-scale individual transactions and the fiduciary drafting and execution of property development projects with over 600 residential units. After passing the bar exam, Thomas Holzinger transitioned to notarial practice, where he has additionally focused on wealth succession, inheritance law, and personal care planning alongside his previous advisory specializations.
